I was at work typing away when my mobile rang (private number) so I was already intrigued. To my surprise, Em (loving wife, awesome mum) had contacted the local paper and it must have been a slow news week as they were keen to run a story. For the past 2 years, it has been a real balancing act (family, work, training) and I was pretty sure the last thing Em wanted was to publicly support myproject40.  Maybe I have been wrong and she secretly loves Ironman and really wants to do one 😉.  Anyhow, hopefully the story gets a few more Mums and Dads active and living a healthier lifestyle for their kids and themselves.
